1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://getfreetoolshub.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Operator: GetFreeToolsHub, contact legal@getfreetoolshub.com.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 13+ to use the service. You are responsible for your credentials and for keeping auth_token confidential. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or ToS violations.
3. Acceptable Use
Lawful purposes only. No illegal content, malware, IP infringement, scraping that violates targets ToS, reverse-engineering auth/billing, or bypassing limits (daily caps: Free 10/day promo 20 for 7 days, Starter 100, Pro 1000, Enterprise 10000 via tools.service).
4. Plans, Billing & Refunds
Stripe handles all payments. Plans: Free (50+ tools), Starter/Pro/Enterprise via Stripe price IDs. Pro gives 186+ tools. Cancel via billing portal; cancel_at_period_end preserves access until period end. 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans — email billing@getfreetoolshub.com.
5. Files & Content Ownership
You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, transcode, and temporarily store them solely to fulfill the tool operation. Outputs are yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
6. Intellectual Property
Site design, logos, and tool logic are owned by GetFreeToolsHub. Do not copy, re-host, or white-label without permission. API use requires a Pro plan and respect for rate limits.
7. Privacy & Cookies
Our Privacy, Cookie, and GDPR pages are incorporated by reference. Files are deleted within seconds after processing; see Privacy for retention. DPO: dpo@getfreetoolshub.com.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. No consequential damages.
9. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes is acceptance. Governing law: Delaware, USA (placeholder), with India-specific consumer rights preserved for IN users.
